This beautiful Lotus had a bit of a spin and a thud during the Bo'ness Hill Climb event today, right in front of me.  Took an hour for them to clear up the car and all the fluids (not helped by having to stop to let an ambulance by as someone had a heart attack in the Paddock).

Mostly sunny day, and much drier than yesterday, so the cars were flying up the hill.  Some really beautiful machines, particularly the DKWs which were there to help with the Jim Clark theme of the event this year; apparently Jim first drove a DKW up Bo'ness.

Much more of a car event this year, as there was a much bigger classic car display this year, with nearly 500 cars but they didn't seem to be the main focus, and it was more relaxed than other events.  Bumped into Kevin from work with his big Triumph 2500 which is in much nicer condition than I'd seen it before.

My DS attracted a fair few comments in the car park, and there were other Citroens there (including a rare 15/6H, two other TAs, a 2CV and an H van not converted to selling coffee, which makes it very rare indeed).  Offer attached to my windscreen when I got back, but it's not for sale (might have changed my mind if the electrical fault I spent this evening fixing had happened before I left rather than when I got home).
