A feast from the garden

A trug full of broccoli and cavolo nero from the garden this afternoon. It will be blanched and sauteed with red onion and cherry tomatoes and served as a bed for gurnard ,with a paprika coating, panfried in a little olive oil and a smidgen of good New Zealand butter . That should do it.
