Moscato grapes.

Organic Moscato grapes, almost ready to be picked. I surprised myself and many other people, by making a few bottles of quite wonderful sparkling white wine last year. Our country neighbour who makes a substantial quantity of wine and knows what he is doing, thought i was pulling his leg when he tasted it.
The only chemical used on the grapes was copper sulphate which is allowed in organic produce. As for the wine, I just used hygene , patience and folllowed the old fashioned rules. No tricks, no chemicals.
