Heading to the Skerries

A lovely morning's walk along the beach at Cruden Bay.

The sky was a little overcast with the sun not quite breaking through. There was also a little bit of mist hanging about the edge of the water. Atmospheric really.

I thought about trying to capture a silhouette of two beach-casting fishermen but the red glow on the sand had disappeared by the time we got back to them.

There's a hint of Monet in the blue colours, which I like.
