Unearthly

The landscape is strange enough on its own, it didn't really need a lensbaby to distort it.  These mudflats near the Dumbarton Bridge (my current favorite sunset location) are mostly dry and covered with salt.The commercial evaporation of salt in these particular ponds stopped in 2006, as far as I know. Some have been restored to wetlands, and some are being eyed by developers as valuable building land. With our current government, the development option seems ever more likely. It would be handy for a commute to facebook, if nothing else.
