Early Morning Walk.

I don 't often find myself heading out the door, for a walk, in the winter, before breakfast! But this morning the sun shone so brightly, and a fresh layer of soft snow lay on the ground, i was seduced, into the forest with the dogs....and down thro the White Pine Trail....it was hard going in places and i wished i'd brought my snowshoes...i'm still in denial i think!!!

The light was magnificent.....after about an hour i got home and had a lovely breakfast: pesto pasta and ricotta cheeze - Terry tried to convince me that i was actually eating lunch....sometimes i just love left over dinner for breakfast!

We're off to see the Hobbit this afternoon...i'm pumped!
