Le Château

We visited the nearby Château Montal today, where the works of art evacuated from the Louvre at the start of the war ended up. It is where the Mona Lisa resided until the defeat of Hitler. Of course, it was too small to house everything, and the overspill was stored in other houses and buildings in the area - including our garage!
