I must have walked past this plaque a thousand times, and I only just noticed it today.
(A fusee (fyoo-ZEE) is ‘a large-headed match capable of staying alight in strong wind’ (Oxford Dictionary of English).)
Also, do not lean your bike against this building, or else!
