Small copper butterfly

The annual deer cull commenced in Bushy Park this morning, so we are unable to get into the park before 8.00am.

I took myself off to Home Park later in the morning and had a go at some macro photography. I really need to practise - it is quite challenging photographing butterflies and dragonflies. Yesterday I took some  photos of a black and yellow striped spider devouring a dragonfly - too gruesome to post!
