On Saturday my son will run his 50th parkrun which is a milestone in the parkrun community, so today I ironed on 50 to a red cape which is the milestone colour... He's also going to wear a red tutu and just have fun and enjoy the achievement on a slow run, as he's got a 20km run on Sunday morning...
