Reflecting on the day

After a day helping out my parents, although I was tired afterwards I was happy. They were doing not too bad and they seemed happy in each others company. Lately we have been getting more worried about them, but after some adjustments in the house and seeing my mum moving around the house a bit better (and smiling) it made me happy. Let's hope it lasts!

I've now had too many shortbread biscuits and I'm feeling very guilty. I was trying to tidy up the Christmas leftovers....

Now for a quiet night in (and probably a trip to the gym in the morning)!
