Danger! men at work

This tree has been growing out of a chimney pot for some years. I recently noticed said chimney pot had a big crack all down the side. Reported it to the council via 'fixmystreet.com" and after some delay
( maybe finding the owner of the building? ) today I see ( and hear ) a man at work dealing with it. Dizzy heights.
