Stay cool

This just sums up my day in social services today. Could any system be more bureaucratic or painful to navigate... you really would lose the will to live if you didn't know that people's lives and welfare depended on you to complete a thousand tasks for every penny requested. I can't express how ridiculous the system for social care and NHS funding is arranged.
