Sigh...
More sorting.
Everything seems so chaotic.
Work has been so overwhelming that I never seem to get my head above water making it hard to plan or think ... just relentlessly keep going.
With the changes we were told to leave 2nd free but that has changed. I never managed to think about reorganising anything so booked i5 off and then booked today as well.
With dismal weather I decided to chip away at sorting again.
This just shows how tedious it can get, how much time it takes. It’s a huge frame with a picture of Florence and lots of personalised momentos from a trip long before we were together. The grass seeds expressed their still lively instinct for survival, planting themselves into the carpet. It was too personal to take to oxfam in its complete state so I ended up having to deconstruct the whole thing. Just felt pissed off. Lack of sleep, floundering through all the change, worn out and inching my way through stuff. Stuff, stuff, stuff. And I haven’t been to mum and dad’s for months...the longest ever.
So, it was about 50/50 today ... half of the stuff was my husband, then I tackled under the stairs and stuff of my previous partner’s. These were books and I said to oxfam they might be worth a bit so I hope they check them properly.
Then I hoovered and cleared cobwebs. Ugh.
Maybe it’ll be done by the time I retire. Then I can start on my stuff...
Sigh...
