Sign of Autumn?

A grey day.. Wet and windy ..again. A bracing walk by Channel side in the drizzle..
It eased off later  so another bracing walk with Fletch. Everything looks so windburnt.
I had a wander in the garden with my camera to find something for my blip. These ferns caught my eye, a bland green during summer but as Autumn approaches they turn a beautiful bronze.
