Vision setting day today with the staff from St Mary's Shenfield & Mountnessing Schools. And what brilliant teachers, office staff, teaching assistants and support staff they are! It was humbling to hear of the passion, commitment, care and selfless service these good people offer, each day, every day, for each child. Wow! And then on to meet Nick, vicar & Area Dean, to plan some regional training later this autumn. I've known Nick for a while now, he's one of those folks around whom so much happens, joyfully. So an encouraging day today.
