Heading out to Sea

We enjoyed a couple of days away in whitby this shot is a backblip taken yesterday showing one of the many boat trips heading out to sea with the abbey ruins in the background. I will post today's shortly. A few more shots can be seen On Flickr . Not the best of light but at least it stayed dry for most of the day when we was there 
A lovely hotel which was really nice to stay in was our accommodation for the night which was  just over a mile away from Whitby centre but was a nice early evening walk followed by a few beers in the local pubs. We didn't walk back as it was late and dark so a short taxi ride back.
