Curzon Cinema, Clevedon

The oldest working cinema in the world, the Curzon in Clevedon opened the week of the Titanic's maiden voyage in April 1912. It is now a community project and seeks funds for renovation to return to its former glory.
We went this afternoon to see the Hobbit. We saw the film in 3D before Christmas and my wife and I both thought it would probably have been better in 2D, and having seen it as a normal film today we think we were right. It was an excellent film in 2D.
