Tempo Tuesday

Made the mistake of turning up on gravel bike - so had to work much harder than usual - just to stay with the slower of the two groups.

Good fun though - although threshold rather than tempo.

I am amazed how popular this chain gang ride is. Riders of different abilities just like riding as a group- though a bit fast for much chatting!
