It was J's first visit to the model shop, now that it is open to the public, so he dropped me at MacArthur Glen Outlet. We very rarely go there, and I won't be going there again for quite some time. I find it overpriced, and the shops seem to stock all the rubbish they couldn't sell in the shops. I was glad when J met me. He had a better time than I did, and he was thrilled that Alan offered him space to display the layout he made last year, at the entrance to the shop. J gets great satisfaction at making the boards, but when he has finished, he wants to start a different one. I know I am biased, but he does do a very good job at making the layouts, and gets a lot of enjoyment from making them,so this could be the answer.
