Yes, this is Barrioboy, my Blip Godfather.  We met up for some refreshments and to catch up on life in general.  We covered everything from our profession and private lives to Brexit..., and indeed photography and blip.

I'm  simply copying what Barrioboy wrote on his post today, as we are in perfect agreement...

"We have two pleas/requests to Blip:

Bring back Blip of the Week (or Staff Pics of the Week) - the directors or ambassadors could take a week about to share their favourite. It brought a real 'zing' to proceedings, not in a competitive way but a celebratory way.

And . . .

Count the number of blips of each blipper from the day of their first blip posting, taking out any prior 'archive' blips from the equation.

We would both really like to use blip as a repository for all of our important photographs in our lives, pre-blip as well, but don't want to distort our blip trajectory by counting archive/pre-first blip photos. I would shoot through twenty years as I loaded up Brazil and Hungary and London shots from our pre-blip lives. Imagine being able to have them all together and to be able to search them at the same time. A real selling point we would, humbly, submit!
