Zaragoza

Drove 200 miles through the Rioja vineyards to Zaragoza today. And had my first disagreement with Gertie the satnav when she wanted to hare off on a short cut between motorways. Honestly! Also reacquainted myself with Los 40, my favourite on the road Spanish pop music station.

Then I had time to bike into the city and admire the Basilica - including the lift up the tower for views out over the city - Spain’s 5th largest - and river Ebro. It’s very windy here, which you can’t see!
