Applebase

I came home from Skåne this afternoon and brought with me some "fallen apples" given to me by the lovely M&A who I stayed with during my trip south. Even though the fruit has been beaten around when falling off the tree, there's nothing wrong with them if you cut away the damaged bits. After some tedious work rinsing the apples I now have two kilos of fresh, poison free apple sauce for my breakfast oatmeal, amongst a lot of other meals too, where it comes in handy and tasty.
