Elderberry liquor yum.

Been doing a bit of tidying down in my bee room at the bottom of the garden
If you look back 4 back blips not had internet so put them all on today. Anyways the pigeons have been bombing the bee room so thought I might use some berry’s I don’t want lots of elderberry trees all around the one that’s there was not my idea. So what’s in picture. Elderberry liquor in the making vodka lemon zest sugar berries. And a bottle. Leave in dark cupboard-till christmas. Give it a shake a day for couple weeks then just now and again.
Next will be medicinal elderberry syrup. Good for fighting colds. Contains vitamins C and some Bs.
