No Tops on the Pentlands

Moist ride in to work, light rain. It feels chilly as well. But not to bad. the heavy rain starts after I am in the office. A shame for the Women's Tour of Scotland. There is so much rain, the first stage is neutralised due to massive puddles.

The rain goes off for a bit at lunchtime, so I go for a quick walk. I can't see much, Edinburgh Castle is lost in a sea of grey. It's all I can do to get the main blip.

No rain on the way home, but it is grey and cool. Lugging all my stuff home, and wet weather gear is a grind. At least it's Friday. A quick week. Two weeks until my next week off work.
