A Wanderer Returns..... and makes himself at home.

Well after a somewhat traumatic week Speedy is home! :-)

He went missing on the night of the 29th December, has apparently been living rough in the local estate since then.

1000 flyers through letterboxes and it turns out that there are some decent people on this earth.

We one nasty phone call from some "undesirables" (thats me being polite) threatening to send him back in small pieces if we didnt pay them £50 by 10:30 am next morning.

But also have had lots of folks offering tips and websites for finding lost cats etc... thanks to you all!!!

Any way after a second sighting in the same street further into the estate last night I got a call from a very concerned lady this afternoon telling me that she though he had made himself comfortable in the sun under her hedge..

Sure enough there he was curled up asleep.

Speedy has been uncharacteristically quiet since he got home but thats hardly surprising considering he was probably a little overwhelmed with being outside in a strange place and not having much to eat for almost a week!

The food things he is certainly making up for !!!! Thats my boy!!
