On the way home

The rail journey home from Peterborough to Shrewsbury inevitably involves a change of trains, and a bit of a wait, at New Street Station in Birmingham. I didn't have too long to wait but decided that instead of enjoying the bright airy splendour of New Street Station I'd see if I had long enough to get across to the interesting bit at the other end of the Bullring, and back, before the train left.
