Cave Dale
As a recovery from the Christmas Flu , I went for a walk in the Peak district with Parlick and Tim.
A slow day full of coughing and snotting on my part and friendly bickering on theirs. Lord knows what passers by will have thought.
At the end of the walk we descended down the delightful Cave Dale gorge in to Castleton.
Tim insisted that the walk must not pass any pubs.
The George was the first pub we did not pass. I am delighted to report that the side effects of Tim's Chemo caused him to throw a pint of beer over Parlick. (Tim's excuse - no feeling in his hands).
I laughed and laughed, until my chest hurt again.
Its amazing what a little fresh air and daylight can do......
