Merry, Mousie & Memories4Me

Merry had fun yesterday and this morning with M4M. The tiny mousie is Merry's favorite toy to fetch and retrieve. It was once connected to a toy that Raspberry loved as well. We all had a great visit and hatched some plans for a 2021 trip to Scotland with our Irish Rovers gang. M4M decided we should be called the Wallace Wanderers, a shout out to my dad's mother's Wallace/Craigie roots in Fife. My great grandmother, Betsey Johnston Wallace came to America from Strathmiglo with her family( her mother was a Betsey also, Betsey Craigie Wallace) in 1866 when she was 6 months old. 

For the Record,
This day came in cloudy with a sort of foreboding sky. We are expecting minor winds and heavy rains tonight as the dreadful Hurricane Dorian blows by Cape Cod and the Islands, headed to Nova Scotia. I think my brother and sister in law who are in Machiasport at the moment will have some wind and rain as well.

All hands looking forward to the weekend, T's sister C is coming down to visit and meet Merry for the first time too.
