Juvenile

Polly and I had a coffee date with my dad this morning and had a good natter about various things, including planning, politics, fishing and archaeology. There were a load of goldfinches around the bird feeders, including this juvenile one (pictured through the window). Feeling very autumnal now - can't believe I was wearing shorts only the other day!

In other news, I did my first solo self-scan at Sainsbury's this afternoon and it was a triumph!
