The problem

Managed to make contact with BT via my phone and on line chat (why can’t you speak to a real as a opposed to a virtual person?). They say that the fault will be repaired by 18.00 on 9 September.
I’ve had to up my data on my phone as I was running out!

Still, compared with some folks problems it’s still very minor.

Had a somewhat damp walk this morning with Corinthian and Wilsden Walker, we managed to find a new route up onto the moor!
