Carrigaline Cheese

When she was in Ireland recently, my wife came across this fine cheese which she brought home to me. So what? you may well ask. Well, I lived in Carrigaline for the best part of 15 years and I was there when this brand of cheese was launched in 1987. Indeed the little "factory" was on one of my regular road running training routes. Glad to see that the business has flourished and is still in business.
