Lifeliner

The Lifeliner helicopter used to be stationed at UMCG hospital, but about two years ago its base was changed to Groningen Eelde Airport. This means we’re not seeing and hearing the helicopter that much anymore, much to the relief of the people living near the hospital. However, if there is a medical emergency, the Lifeliner still lands on the hospital’s helicopter deck, as was the case today. It’s a coincidence I was here to capture this, as I had the day off and was in town to pick up Inge after school.
