Disappointed

Missing his friend Jack. We were meant to be visiting but plans changed.
I try & help him through his big emotions (‘Oh Bertie, I can see you’re feeling sad because you wanted to see Jack didn’t you? We’ll see him next week & we can leave him a message on the phone if you’d like. Shall we do something else fun this afternoon?’)
It actually helps me too.
