I must confess. I dropped this fella shortly after this shot, while I was dismantling the tree. His bottom button fell off, as did the tip of his hat with the string still attached. So I'll be getting the super glue out as part of the tree dressing next year!

Also, there are now only 97 baubles left out of the pack of 100 I put on the tree. There's only one stomach that those could be in...
