Starting point.......
.....(currently in the cooling position, I had to wait for the steam to die down ;-) ) for Sesame Seed Potatoes which is tonight's side-dish to go with last night's leftover pizza. Mind you, that recipe was just the starting point from when I first made it decades ago, my personal version has evolved over time (I double up on the seed to potato proportions, add minced garlic and kalonji seeds to the first fry, replace that cayenne with smoked paprika and chilli flakes then add some chopped preserved lemon and fresh coriander or mint at the last minute...and hey, maybe even some spinach if there's any handy) so it's maybe more of a hot dub mix these days ;-)
PS.....that musical link is great if you're kneading bread, just the right rhythm, play it twice while you're doing the business for the perfect loaf ;-)
