Matt Roberts, Britain's top trainer, is telling me how I can turn my body into a fat-burning machine. Good luck with that one, Matty boy.

I can definitely confirm, however, that I am following his advice 'Don't go hungry' and 'lift weights' - these chocolates are solid little buggers. Luckily (???), I've only got about eight left to go.

Back-blipping will now happen, slowly.
