Day 1 'You Are What You Eat'

I can't believe I've chosen to start this today, before using up all the bad things in the fridge first!

This meant that I had to come up with a way of doing a full english but in a calorie counting, not busting way.

Amazingly, I did have 3 meals today, this was lunch and it didn't blow my 1200 calorie target, well chuffed. I made sure I enjoyed it, it'll be my last for a while. Oh and I should mention that I didn't buy the bacon and chipolats, that was my husbands idea!

Exercise: 1 hour brisk walk and 1 hour gardening.
