Part of my usual 6km running loop: the shooting party barn. Only today, first day properly standing since norovirus (let's not talk about it...) I just walked the dogs and trialled my new Garmin training watch. After an hour wrangling with the laptop I finally synced it with runkeeper.com and away we go... Sunday morning run clb first thing tomo, and post Christmas I definitely have all the gear and a little bit more of an idea since this time last year :)
