The remains of the day

I left home just after 4 and exactly two hours later I was in Buttermere, one of my all time favourite places. I'm sitting in my bivvy near the top of Rannerdale Knotts, looking out over Crummock and Loweswater and eating my tea (see extra). Looking forward to a lovely day of walking the hills tomorrow :-)
