Life Getting Back To Normal

We went over to The Marshwalk this evening to see how they weathered the storm.
Everything looked pretty good and it was back to being a typical Saturday night with the bars and restaurants all open and the sounds of live music filling the air.

Goat Island looked a bit flooded but the goats (who were put back on the island yesterday) appeared casual and unconcerned.

Here we saw an egret busily fishing on one of the floating docks, and had himself a nice little fish in this picture, while the goats were all at the far back end.

Some new huge (read that as expensive) boats were in joining the Brew Boat which also came back yesterday.

Nice to see so many people out looking still a bit tired but extremely relieved.
