....Owen achieved his 3rd Kai (Orange belt) at Judo tonight. Not content with making me proud, he then went on to win silver medal in the club competition; making me doubly proud.

He's such a placid wee guy 99% of the time, but he's very handy on the Judo mats.....I've no idea where he gets it from?
