Chateau Neuf!

Someone brought this bottle over at Christmas last year - thanks K, I made Moussaka which doesn’t look pretty when it’s half eaten but wanted to feature the wine as it was very good. The Moussaka lasted 3 meals and was the meal that kept giving.

Started my professional audiobook recording after a week of tweaking recording settings - very happy as was the author with the first chapter.

Plane’s in the shop with carburetor issue so no flying recently
