Flower faces

Today i've been trying to get on with my motion design animation for uni. I'm really struggling with it, mainly because we haven't really been taught how to create an animation. We've been given some rubbish soundtracks to choose from (stories that just don't inspire me whatsoever), and I don't know what technique to use etc etc. We haven't been shown how to make a digital animation - we've only been shown how to do a photography-based animation which doesn't work well for any of the soundtracks. The tutor is gonna expect work done on monday, but i have nothing to show :( fed up of it.

(The photo is one of my ideas - to stick hand drawn faces onto flowers and photograph them moving around...but I don't like that idea anymore)
