Scary for Sammy!

I wondered why Sammy came back into the kitchen with a worried look on his face this evening so I went out to investigate and there were three hot air balloons floating over the fields, coming towards us!  This was one of them.  Pretty scary if you're a dog and haven't a clue what they are or what makes that scary noise when they light the gas!  Holly dog use to hate them too!

We're taking Sammy to meet his new family for the second time tomorrow afternoon so he should probably go and live with them sometime later this week.  He has made so much progress, far less nervous and jumpy (except when hot air balloons are involved!) and generally quite confident with life.  He's even been playing with his little teddy and also, today for the first time, I heard him bark when he was outside - just the one bark but a bark nevertheless!
