This picture probably means very little to most of the viewers, but it's what I do for a living. We had a brainstorm-meeting this afternoon with all sorts of professionals. We are trying to reach the residents of our city who are vulnerable and lonely. On this board we made an inventory of all the stuff the community has to offer. Later on we tried to figure out some way to reach these lonely people. So, if any of you has great ideas... let me know!
