Golden Russets plus its blip 1825

Been picking them today as they are ready to eat. Not as big a crop as usual but a fair few. I think the blossom was early in that warm spell and the sudden cold one stopped them growing, plus the birds tend t peck them.

I think this is my 1825th blip or 5 years. Can't believe I have been doing it so long,.

Had a good afternoon in the garden today and yesterday too when I was lawn cutting and chopping down an invasive elderberry which I cut up today and now my brown bin is full to the brim. I also suddenly noticed a load of ripe raspberries yesterday ready for picking. I had some cream so they went down very well with it, and some left to put on my breakfast .
