Celebration

Hubby and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in style. 

The Italian restaurant we use has a wine club , we often buy a couple of bottles of wine to enjoy at home.  A week ago we purchased a rather expensive Barolo, and a sparking wine.  The restaurant owner, who is also a friend enquired if the wine was for a special occasion, yes we said it's for our anniversary.  When he brought our chosen wines to us he told us that he had replaced one of the sparkling wines with something a bit special.   This cuvee was indeed beautiful.  



In other news we said goodbye to a Korean friend and her daughter who has been staying here.  We will miss them.   However, we are planning a trip to South Korea next year and we will meet up with them then.
