He was seventeen a few days ago, today we celebrated. An awesome young man he is. The first extra is a result of his sister working for a wedding company - leftover wedding cake for his birthday. The cake was HUGE! The second extra is of some turbulent clouds this afternoon - there are even reports of a possible tornado hitting an area about 15 miles from our house. Tornadoes in our region are very rare. 
In the evening we had an unexpected visit from son Micah, his friend and their families. They came to archery hunt the plethora of deer here. No success in getting the forked horn buck their permits allow, but we had a great time visiting around the dinner table.
