Large reclining figure, Bronze, 1984

I visited the Henry Moore Foundation which is set out in beautiful spacious grounds in deepest Hertfordshire.  This wonderful reclining bronze figure completely dominates the scene overlooking from its mound the sheep grazing nearby.

There were many other wonderful sculptures to enjoy but the sun was really high and it was difficult to get a shot that wasn't too contrasty.  That's my excuse for returning on another day - preferably after some rain when the drops settle on the bronzes.
